No longer available for booking are the live shows in: Berlin (09.03.), Hamburg (10.03.), Cologne (12.03.), Frankfurt (15.03.), Stuttgart (16.03.), Oberhausen (17.03.), Amsterdam (19.03.), Munich (22.03.), Nuremberg (23.03.), Vienna (24.03.), Zurich (28.03.), Paris (30. + 31.03.), Brussels (03.04.), Lisbon (27.04.), Madrid (29.04.), Oslo (08.05.) and Krakow (12.05.). This is a sensational start to 2024, with 300,000 tickets sold to this point.
The international concert series kicks off 2024 with a new musical programme that is already hinted at in the subtitle: A New Dimension. In a brand-new selection from Hans Zimmer’s tremendously diverse collection of scores, The World of Hans Zimmer – A New Dimension will transport the audience on a unique musical journey immersed in completely new dimensions. With more than 30 dates in 13 countries, the experience in venues across Europe in spring 2024 will be followed by a further 25 concerts in fall 2024.
The predecessor concert tour, The World of Hans Zimmer – A Symphonic Celebration, was first performed live in Germany in 2018 and has toured the world with unbroken success ever since. The World of Hans Zimmer – A New Dimension marks a new chapter in this unique concert series under the banner The World of Hans Zimmer, in which the composer does not perform live on stage himself but participates as the show’s curator and musical director.
Soundtrack conductor Gavin Greenaway, a long-time trusted friend of the Hollywood composer, will continue to conjure the magic of Hans Zimmer’s works live for the audience in 2024, along with some of the most outstanding and renowned soloists from Zimmer’s talent pool and a masterful symphony orchestra. The audience will be able to enjoy stunning visual projections of film sequences along with the music.
With The World of Hans Zimmer, the “Hollywood Rebel” (according to the BBC) has created a glamorous, lively, exciting live experience of a very special kind.
