Scala & Kolacny Brothers Choir have confirmed a concert date at Dublin’s Olympia Theatre on Friday 14 June. Tickets from €32.50 including booking fee are on sale now from Ticketmaster and the Olympia Theatre Box Office.

 Scala & Kolacny Brothers are a unique musical project. They are an indie-rock choir featuring two brothers, Steven and Stijn Kolacny, and Scala, an all-female choir.

 Scala & Kolacny Brothers revisit classic rock and indie songs and reinvent them as elegiac hymns to breath-taking effect. They perform many original songs but due to their peculiar and intimate interpretations of famous rock, metal and dance songs their profile has grown hugely.

 Scala’s music has featured on the trailer of the Oscar-nominated movie ‘The Social Network’ and in the Kurt Cobain documentary ‘Montage of Heck’. Their music has also appeared in episodes of several popular TV series including ‘Downton Abbey’, ‘Homeland’ and ‘The Simpsons’.

 The choir perform all over the world in venues from small churches to well-known theatres and concert halls and at large music festivals like Coachella, SXSW (USA) and Latitude (UK).
