Chris de Burgh has confirmed Irish concert dates for March 2025. He will play Bord Gais Energy Theatre, Dublin on 09 March, Cork Opera House on 11 March and National Opera House Wexford on 13 March. Tickets go on sale this Thursday at 10am from www.ticketmaster.ie Chris de Burgh celebrates a remarkable and rare career milestone during 2024, half a century as a recording artist. Yet when he signed his first recording contract in 1974 and his debut album, ‘Far beyond These Castle Walls’, was released by A&M Records that same year, Chris did not look beyond the immediate future. “As I held a copy of that record in my hands, I had absolutely no idea that this would even go any further,” he recalls. “I was incredibly naive about the music business but I was full of hope and dreams and, spectacularly, my dreams not only came true, they came truer than true. I had no concept that I was going to last as long as this. Fifty years? Wow!” A song from that first album offered a very early glimpse of what might li

MILTON JONES HA!MILTON Nationwide Tour Confirmed Tickets On Sale This Friday Milton Jones brings his new live show HA!MILTON to Dublin, Derry, Cork, Galway and Belfast this September. Tickets go on sale this Friday at 10.00am from www.ticketmaster.ie and venue box offices. This is not a musical. Milton Jones is tone deaf and has no sense of rhythm, but at least he doesn’t make a song and dance about it. He has more important things to discuss. Like giraffes…and there’s a bit about tomatoes. You might know him from Mock the Week, Live at the Apollo or Radio 4. Or that time he stood for the Scottish National Party, fought a hard campaign, but in the end had to respect the wishes of the people of Cardiff. A whole new show of daftness. You know it makes sense. WARNING *contains jokes from the start. “He’s fast, absurd and very Funny” Radio Times ‘No-one can touch Jones when he hits his stride’ The Guardian Milton Jones HA!MILTON Nationwide Tour 2024 September 18th - Dublin 3Olympia Theatre Sep

Seann Walsh: Back from the Bed Live At Liberty Hall, Dublin With Very Special Guest: Fred Cooke Seann Walsh brings his brand-new stand-up show Back from the Bed to Liberty Hall, Dublin on 29th May. Fred Cooke has just been confirmed as very special guest. Tickets are on sale now from www.ticketmaster.ie Hello, Seann here. Did you know that comedians have to write their own blurb? I find that absolutely insane. What am I meant to say? “I’m fantastic, come and look at me talk”? I don’t know. It’s me. I do stand-up. I guess I can start with the fact I renamed the tour. Sticking with ‘Same Again?’ felt a bit triggering after the last few years we’ve had. So it is now called Back from the Bed. Some of the material will be the same as I had always planned and some of it will be new because it will be difficult to avoid mentioning the last few years in which millions of decent people tragically lost their lives to TikTok. The previous leg of this tour got a lot of standing ovations, which was pleasing. Eit
